The new Tulsa World Contact page was actually a combination of the old Contact Page and News Staff pages – unsure of why they split them up this way, but I was certainly willing to help them change that. The first thing that changed was the idea behind the contact information. When I’m on a corporate website that has a large staff, I don’t want to have to hunt to find who I need to talk to. For this reason, we put the data in a sortable table, and called special attention to any area we thought the visitor might be interested in, whether it be directions, a particular department or just to see the Hall of Fame.
